What You'll Own

• Financial & Commercial Stewardship: You will manage project budgets, optimize cost structures, and ensure financial targets are not just met, but exceeded. Your commercial acumen will guide procurement, contractor negotiations, and value engineering decisions.
• Cross-Functional Nexus Management: You will be the central point of contact between architects, engineers, contractors, legal teams, and sales & marketing. You align diverse stakeholders around a singular, high-quality vision.
• Regulatory & Stakeholder Navigation: You will lead all interactions with local authorities and permitting agencies. Your deep understanding of the Algerian real estate landscape ensures smooth approvals and risk mitigation.
• Quality & Risk Control: You establish and enforce rigorous quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance frameworks. You proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans before they impact the project.

What You Bring

• Proven Track Record: 3 to 10 years of direct, verifiable experience in real estate development or promotion immobilière, with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Deep Understanding of the Bejaia Market: Familiarity with local regulations, market dynamics, and the construction ecosystem in the region is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional Project Management Skills: You are a master of planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. You use tools and methodologies that bring clarity and control to complex workflows.
• Strong Negotiation & Communication: You are a persuasive communicator who can build trust with partners, authorities, and internal teams. You negotiate with confidence and integrity.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You make data-driven decisions and can see both the big picture and the critical details. You are comfortable with financial modeling and feasibility analysis.
