Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes at our facility in Naassen, Ben Arous. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Monitor production metrics such as yield, downtime, and waste, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and train production teams to enhance operational performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain departments to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
