What You'll Own

• End-to-end ownership of continuous improvement projects across the industrial site.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, driving data-based decisions.
• Train and mentor operational staff in continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure sustainable improvements.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager or similar role in an industrial environment.
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement frameworks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.
• Fluency in French, Arabic, and English.
