Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of all spa employees, including therapists, estheticians, and front desk staff.
• Develop and implement spa programs, treatment menus, and promotional packages to attract and retain clients.
• Manage inventory of spa products, supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue targets, budgeting, and expense control for the spa department.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all spa areas.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and promote a positive work environment.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hotel management to integrate spa services with overall hospitality offerings.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
