We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premier health and beauty spa in Bahrain. In this leadership role, you will manage finances, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all spa treatments. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in spa management, wellness center leadership, or hospitality supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Develop and implement service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote spa packages and seasonal offers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor client feedback and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Wellness Director, or similar role in a luxury environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant certification in spa management or hospitality is preferred.
