About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor to oversee the quality of housekeeping operations. In this role, you will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will play a critical role in maintaining the hotel's reputation by conducting thorough inspections and guiding the housekeeping team to deliver a flawless guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Quality Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool areas, and back-of-house zones after cleaning to ensure they meet established quality and hygiene standards.


• Room Readiness: Run sold room reports and coordinate with the front desk to ensure rooms are prepared and available for incoming guests in a timely manner.


• Team Supervision: Monitor and support housekeeping staff, providing on-the-spot feedback and training to improve performance and efficiency.


• Standard Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, sanitation, and safety across all departments.


• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking housekeeping supplies and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.


• Reporting: Document inspection results, report maintenance issues, and communicate any room status discrepancies to management immediately.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or inspection role within hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality environment.


• In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry-standard hygiene protocols.


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify cleanliness deficiencies quickly.


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple floors and tasks simultaneously.


• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and other hotel departments.

Preferred Skills

• Certification or formal training in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping Operations.


• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) for tracking room statuses.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel occupancy needs.


• Bilingual abilities (Arabic and English) are a strong advantage.
