Job Title: General Manager ($50,000–$75,000)

Location: Bahrain

Role Overview:

Lead and oversee all operations across the main Exchange branches and locations. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing, planning, directing, and coordinating daily activities to ensure smooth business performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct all branch operations and activities
• Plan, coordinate, and implement operational strategies across multiple locations
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Oversee staff management, performance, and development
• Drive business objectives and ensure efficient branch performance

Requirements:

• Extensive managerial and leadership experience, preferably in financial services or exchange operations
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
• Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 annually
