Role Overview

Stranger Soccer is revolutionizing the way football (soccer) enthusiasts experience the beautiful game. We're expanding globally and seeking a driven License Owner / Operator to launch and lead the brand in Kuwait City. Core Responsibilities

• Establish and manage all day-to-day operations of the Stranger Soccer venue in Kuwait City.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive local marketing efforts to build brand awareness and attract players, leagues, and events.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, and cost control.
• Ensure high standards of facility maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
• Foster a community of soccer lovers through tournaments, social leagues, and corporate events.
• Report to the central Stranger Soccer team on key metrics and operational progress.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business management, operations, or entrepreneurship.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
• Deep passion for football (soccer) and understanding of the local sports culture.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the sports, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of the Kuwait City market and local business environment.
• Background in franchise or license operations.
• Digital marketing and social media savvy.
• Existing network of contacts in the local sports community.
