About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Commercial Operations Follow-up Officer to join our team in Algiers. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating purchase orders with wholesale clients, managing your client portfolio, and driving daily sales performance. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset, looking to make a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate purchase orders with wholesale clients to secure favorable terms and volumes.
• Manage and grow your assigned client portfolio (PF clients) to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
• Contact a minimum of 20 to 25 clients per day to maintain strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor and achieve daily, monthly, and annual client objectives and sales targets.
• Track order fulfillment, resolve client issues, and ensure timely follow-up on all commercial operations.
• Prepare regular reports on client activity, order status, and performance against targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial operations, sales follow-up, or account management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of client contacts daily (20-25 calls/contacts).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in wholesale or B2B sales.
• Knowledge of the Algerian market and wholesale distribution channels.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
