About the Role

Halkorb-RH is recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial company for a Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in defining and executing the annual marketing strategy to drive brand growth and market presence.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Definition: Develop and refine the annual marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and materials.
• Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and report on key performance indicators.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and R&D teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the industrial sector.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with B2B marketing and industrial product launches.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads).
• Leadership experience managing a marketing team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation.
