About the Job

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Wireline services to lead commercial growth and technical sales strategy in Algeria. This role combines deep technical knowledge of wireline telecommunications with proven sales leadership to drive revenue and expand market share. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a strong background in account management within the wireline sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical sales strategies for wireline products and services.
• Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in wireline or telecommunications.
• Proven track record in account management and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of wireline technologies (fiber optics, DSL, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Algeria.
