Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instructor to deliver technical training, competency development programs, and simulator-based learning for Operations and Maintenance personnel in Qatar. This role ensures that all staff possess the required skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training courses for operations and maintenance teams.
• Develop and update competency development programs aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct simulator-based training sessions to enhance practical skills.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training or instructional design.
• Proven experience with simulator-based learning systems.
• Previous experience in the oil & gas or industrial sector is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
• Ability to develop engaging training materials.
• Proficient in using training software and simulators.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
