Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Supervisor to oversee technology operations across multiple properties, including Element City Center and Element West Bay. This role is responsible for maintaining computer software and hardware systems, ensuring seamless network connectivity, and providing technical support to staff. The ideal candidate will deliver reliable IT services that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer software, hardware, and network systems across multiple properties.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of service requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, data backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and user manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or supervisory roles, preferably in a multi-property or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and network protocols.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
