About the Role
We are seeking an experienced C2M Architect to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is pivotal in leading multiple end-to-end implementations and providing ongoing support for C2M (Concept-to-Market / Customer-to-Manufacturer) solutions. You will define architectural blueprints, ensure alignment with business goals, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect C2M solutions from concept through production, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology standards.
- Lead and oversee multiple full-cycle implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and support during post-implementation phases, including troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical architecture, focusing on integration, data flow, and system performance.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools, platforms, and frameworks to enhance C2M capabilities.
- Maintain architectural documentation, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
- Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in IT architecture, with at least 5 years focused on C2M or related domains (e.g., PLM, SCM, CRM, ERP).
- Implementations: Proven track record of delivering multiple large-scale C2M implementations and support engagements.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with product lifecycle management, supply chain processes, and customer-facing digital platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the Middle East region, particularly in Qatar or neighboring Gulf countries.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or PMP.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
