Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior FLS Electrical Technician to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a key role responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire life safety electrical systems. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise and commitment to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electrical system inspections, testing, and maintenance for fire life safety equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical faults in FLS panels, alarms, and control systems.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with project teams to support new installations and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service records and reports.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in FLS electrical systems.
• Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with fire alarm, suppression, and detection systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NFPA, IEC) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with addressable and conventional fire alarm panels.
• Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters, insulation testers, and loop testers.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation.
