About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Construction Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining site management, execution, planning, and commissioning activities at assigned project sites. This role is ideal for an entry-level engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in construction project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site management and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams to execute construction activities efficiently.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of work to meet project milestones.
• Participate in commissioning and handover processes.
• Monitor site progress and report any issues to senior engineers.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in construction engineering (junior level).
• Knowledge of site management, execution, planning, and commissioning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in Kuwait.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with construction software and tools.
• Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
