Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable microservices-based solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, oversee technical architecture, and ensure high-quality software delivery using Spring Boot and Agile methodologies.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Guide development teams in Agile practices, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Design and manage Web Services (RESTful/SOAP) for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmap.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in production environments.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microservices design and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum teams as a technical lead.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and infrastructure as code.
