We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our property management team in Qatar. This role combines advanced technical expertise with hospitality business knowledge to support property operations and technology infrastructure. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all technology systems, ensuring seamless integration with hospitality services, and driving digital transformation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with property management staff to align technology solutions with hospitality and business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation and support of property management software, point-of-sale systems, and guest-facing technologies.
- Lead IT projects from planning to execution, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within hospitality or property management.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and cloud services.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) and hospitality technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
