Closing the deals for the sale and rent of high-class officesn·
Identify customer needs, select objects and make presentationsn·
Schedule viewings and consult on siten· Negotiate and handle
objectionsn· Work in corporate CRMn nHow do we see a suitable
candidate:nn· Extensive background experience in the office real
estate market in Egpt ( Cairo Market) for at least 1.5 - 2
yearsn· Advanced or Native English (C1,C2), multi-lingual is an
advantage - Chinese, Russian and Arabic speaker n· Strong
networking and sales skillsn· Excellent communication skills and
the ability to networkn· Good time management and organization
