Emirati Real estate company in Egypt required #Receptionist. nnTo
manage the reception and assist departments in a professional
manner. nnResponsibilities:nnnProvide a professional welcome and
greeting to all visitors. nnEnsure visitors are treated
professionally and with the highest respect. nnAnswer all
incoming phone calls, finding out the caller's name and company
before directing them to the appropriate contact. nnTake
appropriate messages for unreachable contacts and ensure timely
distribution. nnReport any telephone, or photocopier faults to
the I. T. department. nnReport any hazards or security issues to
the HSE department immediately. nnCoordinate with the office
assistant for general management of the office. nnMaintain the
professional appearance of the reception area. nnMaintain a smart
and professional appearance at all times. nnCoordinate with
couriers for the collection of documents. nnAssist the management
with translation and Arabicu002 FEnglish typing. nnCarry out, to
the best of your ability, any task given to you by the management
and HR departments. nn nnEducation u002 F
QualificationsnnnExperience fresh graduated: 1 year nLocation:
New CaironWorking Hours: 9 AM To 5:00 PMnIn Ramadan 9 Am to 3 PM
nPrivate Medical and Social InsurancenFriday and Saturday weekly
off nnBasic Microsoft office and English languages is preferred.
