Job Description:

will manage daily production activities and ensure alignment with
the company’s goals and standards.

Key
Responsibilities:

Manage daily production operations
in the central kitchen or restaurant branches.

Ensure
adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food safety
regulations.

Supervise the production team, assign
tasks, and monitor performance.

Monitor stock levels
and coordinate with the procurement team for raw material
needs.

Improve operational processes, reduce waste,
and enhance efficiency.
