What You'll Own

• Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee store workflows, inventory levels, and team scheduling to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Team Leadership: Coach and motivate front-line staff, resolve on-the-floor issues, and foster a culture of accountability and speed.
• Customer Experience: Monitor order accuracy, delivery timelines, and in-store satisfaction, stepping in to solve problems before they escalate.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and recommend changes to reduce wait times, cut waste, and improve overall performance.
• Reporting & Communication: Maintain accurate records, share daily updates with the store manager, and ensure compliance with company policies.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or logistics supervisory role—ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Operational Grit: You thrive under pressure, can multitask without losing focus, and know how to prioritize when everything is urgent.
• People Skills: You communicate clearly, earn respect quickly, and can motivate a team to deliver consistent results.
• Tech Comfort: You're comfortable using order management systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
• Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) to connect with diverse teams and customers.
