Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments related to cellular biology and protein biochemistry
• Perform protein purification using chromatographic and electrophoretic techniques

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams on ongoing projects
• Mentor graduate students and junior researchers in laboratory techniques
• Maintain detailed laboratory records and ensure compliance with research protocols

Requirements

Hard Skills

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cellular Biology, or a closely related field
• Hands-on experience with protein purification methods (affinity, ion-exchange, size-exclusion chromatography)
• Proficiency in cell culture, Western blotting, SDS-PAGE, and spectrophotometry
• Familiarity with molecular cloning, CRISPR, or recombinant DNA technology
• Experience with flow cytometry, microscopy, or mass spectrometry is a plus
