About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced HR Consultant (H/F) to join our dynamic team in Casablanca, Morocco. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of recruitment solutions and to support companies in their talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across various industries
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies and candidates
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations
• Advise clients on HR best practices, workforce planning, and talent management
• Utilize digital recruitment tools and platforms to optimize hiring workflows
• Prepare recruitment reports, analytics, and performance metrics
• Stay updated on labor market trends, employment legislation, and industry developments in Morocco

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Significant experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan labor market and employment regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in recruitment software, ATS platforms, and digital HR tools
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English proficiency is a strong asset
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
