About the Role

The AI Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of AI systems and workflows, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning operations (MLOps), and cross-functional team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor AI model deployment, performance, and lifecycle
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams to streamline AI workflows
• Develop and implement operational best practices for AI infrastructure
• Track KPIs and ensure AI solutions meet business objectives and quality standards
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize AI pipeline efficiency
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI operations, MLOps, or a related technical management role
• Strong understanding of machine learning models, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Qualifications

• Background in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
