About the Role

As the HR Manager based in Tangier, Morocco, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human capital strategy, driving talent development, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the group's international business objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives for both local and corporate roles
- Design and manage employee onboarding, training, and professional development programs
- Oversee performance management systems, including KPI setting, appraisals, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws and international HR standards across all operations
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace mediation processes
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and workforce planning
- Develop competitive compensation, benefits, and retention strategies
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the multicultural workplace
- Prepare and present HR analytics reports and workforce metrics to executive leadership
- Coordinate with international HR teams to ensure policy consistency across regions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation and employment regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and standard office software
- Fluency in French and English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Experience working within industrial or manufacturing environments is highly desirable
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or MBA with HR concentration
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Experience with organizational development and change management in multinational settings
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for strategic decision-making
- Familiarity with international labor standards and cross-border HR operations
- Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
