Blackstone eIT is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic IT projects across government and enterprise sectors. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business analysts, to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in government IT projects.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in project management, with at least 5 years in IT or software development projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities; proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience with government IT projects, digital transformation, and enterprise software implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with cloud migration, cybersecurity, or ERP projects.
- Familiarity with Egyptian government IT standards and procurement processes.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
