Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI-native applications, covering functional, regression, performance, and edge-case scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data science) to understand requirements and define quality benchmarks.
• Automate testing processes using industry-standard tools and frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and user experience.
• Stay updated on emerging QA methodologies, AI testing techniques, and best practices to enhance the testing strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on QA engineering experience, preferably with AI/ML-based products.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar), scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• AI/ML Knowledge: Understanding of AI model validation, data quality testing, and metrics-driven evaluation.
• Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and test management platforms (Jira, TestRail).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing basics.
• Background in agile development environments and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision testing.
