What You'll Own

• Architecture Synthesis Leadership: Own the end-to-end synthesis of architectural designs, ensuring every element aligns with project goals and quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead integration across engineering, design, and client teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Define and enforce rigorous review processes that eliminate errors and elevate output.
• Strategic Planning: Drive the roadmap for architecture synthesis, anticipating challenges and proactively solving them.
• Mentorship: Develop a team of architects and engineers who share your commitment to excellence.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in architecture synthesis or related engineering management roles, ideally in a global or multicultural environment.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in architectural design principles, synthesis tools, and project management methodologies.
• Leadership Instinct: A track record of building and motivating high-performing teams to deliver under pressure.
• Communication Excellence: Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Location: Based in Rabat, Morocco, with flexibility for occasional travel.
