This strategic role drives operational excellence, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced multinational environment. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of continuous improvement strategies across global supply chain and business processes.
- Establish and monitor governance frameworks to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, process mapping, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify improvement opportunities and implement lean methodologies.
- Collaborate with regional teams to standardize best practices and ensure consistent governance worldwide.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards and risk management protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in continuous improvement, governance, or operational excellence roles within multinational corporations.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in project management, change management, and process optimization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
