What You'll Own

• Retail Experience Strategy: Define and execute the in-store experience vision across all KITEA locations, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand promise of quality, comfort, and style.
• Activation & Events: Plan and lead high-impact in-store activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns that drive foot traffic and deepen customer loyalty.
• Visual Merchandising: Oversee the design and implementation of visual merchandising standards that tell a compelling story and maximize sales per square meter.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a network of store experience managers and floor teams to deliver consistent, memorable service.
• Performance Analytics: Track key metrics—conversion rates, dwell time, NPS—and use data to continuously refine the experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and operations to align retail activation with broader business goals.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 7+ years in retail experience management, visual merchandising, or in-store activation, ideally within furniture, home decor, or lifestyle retail.
• Strategic & Creative Mindset: You can design a 12-month activation calendar and also personally adjust a mannequin's pose at 8 PM on a Friday.
• Data Fluency: You speak the language of KPIs and ROI, but you never let numbers override intuition.
• Leadership Presence: You inspire teams not by title, but by example. You are as comfortable on the sales floor as in the boardroom.
• Local & Global Vision: Deep understanding of the Moroccan retail landscape and the ability to adapt global best practices to local tastes.
• Language Skills: Fluent in French, Arabic, and English—written and spoken.
