Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a talented individual with a passion for storytelling, digital media, and education. You will support the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms to enhance the school's brand and communicate its values to prospective families, students, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality written, visual, and video content for the school's website, social media channels, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Assist in planning and executing a content calendar that aligns with school events, campaigns, and strategic goals.
• Capture and edit photos and videos during school activities, events, and daily life.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative concepts that engage target audiences.
• Monitor content performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
• Ensure all content reflects the school's brand voice, values, and high standards.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices in content creation.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, including writing, photography, and video production (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience in the education sector or with international schools.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
