Job Overview

Domino RH, a leading human resources services group in Morocco, is seeking a skilled Purchasing and Logistics Manager to join their team in Casablanca. This role is central to optimizing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient logistics operations within the organization's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives and budget constraints.
• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle: needs analysis, supplier sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and order management.
• Oversee logistics operations including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, Moroccan regulations, and international trade standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and commercial teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and supply chain risks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, Logistics Manager, or similar role in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, incoterms, customs procedures, and inventory management techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in French and Arabic; English is a strong asset.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive continuous improvement.
