We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects for a premier construction company headquartered in Menoufia Governorate, Egypt. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 3 to 5 concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong civil engineering background and a proven track record in construction management and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and shop drawings to identify gaps and potential clashes before project start.
• Develop realistic time schedules and define the critical path in coordination with the planning department.
• Allocate resources (engineers, labor, equipment, materials) to ensure uninterrupted workflow across all sites.
• Directly supervise Site Managers, conduct regular meetings to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Enforce strict quality control (QC) measures to ensure compliance with technical specs and building codes, minimizing rework.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• Track actual site expenditures against budgets to proactively prevent cost overruns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in construction management and site execution.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and cost control skills.
• Advanced negotiation and risk management abilities.
