What You'll Own

• Daily spa operations: Oversee scheduling, treatment flow, inventory control, and facility readiness to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Team leadership & development: Mentor therapists and attendants, conduct performance reviews, and design ongoing training that elevates technical skill and guest engagement.
• Guest experience excellence: Resolve escalated concerns, personalize VIP journeys, and maintain feedback loops that drive continuous improvement.
• Revenue & retail optimization: Drive retail sales, package design, and promotional strategies that maximize yield per treatment room.
• Compliance & standards: Enforce hygiene protocols, product integrity, and brand standards across every touchpoint.

What You Bring

• Proven experience supervising spa or wellness operations in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end standalone spa.
• Deep knowledge of treatment modalities, product lines (skincare, body, aromatherapy), and emerging wellness trends.
• Strong coaching ability — you develop people, not just schedules.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage for the local market.
• Proficiency with spa management software (e.g., Book4Time, Mindbody) and POS systems.
• A mindset that blends hospitality intuition with operational rigor.
