Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead our branch in Kenitra, Morocco. As part of a prominent insurance brokerage group with a strong presence across major cities including Casablanca, Rabat, and Tangier, you will drive the agency's growth, manage operations, and ensure exceptional client service in the insurance and brokerage sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the insurance agency, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance advisors and support staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and insurance carriers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate policy issuance, claims processing, and renewal management.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Agency Manager or Branch Manager in the insurance or brokerage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market practices in Morocco.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office.
