What You'll Own

• Own the pastry section of our kitchen, from mise en place to final plating.
• Create and execute desserts that reflect both classic technique and bold creativity.
• Ensure every plate leaving your station is consistent, beautiful, and delicious.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop new menus and seasonal offerings.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-standard pastry kitchen.
• Deep knowledge of pastry techniques, baking science, and modern dessert presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure without compromising on quality.
• An obsessive eye for detail and a relentless drive to improve.
• Fluency in English or French (Arabic is a plus).
