Role Summary

As a Bar Supervisor at the Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort, you will oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and a passion for delivering memorable beverage experiences in a luxury resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grooming and attire of bar staff, addressing any deficiencies to maintain a professional appearance.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Supervise bar inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
• Train and mentor bar staff on service techniques, product knowledge, and Marriott standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly to uphold the resort's reputation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and French or Arabic is preferred.
