Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Engineer to lead and oversee complex engineering projects from conception to completion. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to management and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within engineering.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
