Commercial Bank of Qatar, a leading financial institution established in 1975, is seeking an experienced Manager for its Transaction Banking division in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for driving the bank's transaction banking strategy, including trade finance, cash management, and corporate banking solutions, while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transaction banking products and services to meet corporate client needs
• Manage a portfolio of key corporate relationships, providing tailored cash management and trade finance solutions
• Lead the transaction banking team in achieving revenue targets and operational KPIs
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to optimize product offerings
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with QCB regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, or trade finance
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving business growth
• Strong knowledge of cash management, trade finance instruments, and supply chain finance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Qatar’s banking regulations and market dynamics
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
