Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Billing Agent to join our team in the Zarzis region. In this role, you will be responsible for generating invoices and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all billing processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the complete billing process from data entry to invoice generation.
• Prepare and issue delivery notes in line with customer orders.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing documents and transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in accounting or finance is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of local tax and invoicing regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
