• Mold making and pattern work for custom parts and components
• Sanding, grinding, and finishing to achieve smooth, high-quality surfaces
• Mixing resins, catalysts, and gel coats with precision and consistency
• Inspecting and testing completed work for structural integrity and appearance
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment

What You Bring

• Proven hands-on experience as a fiberglass technician or laminator
• Solid understanding of different resin systems, fiberglass mat, and cloth
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Physical stamina and dexterity for manual work
• Own tools and basic safety equipment
