We are seeking a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer to join a leading engineering firm operating across Egypt. This role focuses on delivering accurate cost forecasts for civil, infrastructure, building, MEP, and industrial projects. The position requires deep expertise in quantity takeoff, tender evaluation, and commercial risk assessment within large-scale construction environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cost estimation for infrastructure and building projects
- Advanced proficiency in CostX, Planswift, or similar takeoff software
- Strong command of FIDIC contracts, BOQ preparation, and specification analysis
- Proven track record in MEP and industrial project pricing
- Fluent in Arabic and English with technical report writing skills
- Professional certification (AACE, RICS, or equivalent) preferred

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, infrastructure, building, MEP, and industrial projects
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements
- Conduct quantity takeoffs using digital measurement tools and verify against design packages
- Analyze subcontractor quotations and material pricing for commercial viability
- Develop cost baselines, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering alternatives
- Support bid strategy meetings with pricing risk assessments and margin analysis
- Coordinate with design teams to optimize specifications for cost efficiency
- Maintain historical cost databases and benchmarking metrics for future reference
