Role Overview
Property Finder, the leading property portal in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Partner to drive client satisfaction and retention across our growing real estate technology platform. As a Customer Success Partner, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor for our valued clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our property listing and marketing solutions. This role sits at the intersection of account management, consultative selling, and product advocacy within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, acting as the trusted point of contact for all customer success matters.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and success metrics to deliver tailored strategies that drive adoption and ROI.
- Proactively monitor account health using data analytics, usage patterns, and feedback loops to identify risks and opportunities for upsell or cross-sell.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with stakeholders to showcase performance insights, recommend optimizations, and align on future goals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs, influence product roadmap, and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Design and execute customer success playbooks, onboarding programs, and training sessions to accelerate time-to-value for new clients.
- Drive renewal conversations and contract negotiations, securing long-term partnerships and reducing churn.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback (NPS, CSAT) to continuously improve the customer journey and inform product enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a B2B SaaS, PropTech, or digital marketplace environment.
- Strong track record of managing a portfolio of accounts, driving retention, expansion, and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic fluency is a significant advantage for the MENA market.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel advanced).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous startup/scale-up culture and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated consultative approach: translating product features into business outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate, property technology, or classifieds industry within the MENA region.
- Familiarity with customer success methodologies (e.g., Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero) and health scoring models.
- Background in training, enablement, or customer education program development.
- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master) or equivalent practical experience.
