Role Summary

Al Azab Lawyers and Legal Consultants, a distinguished law firm in Cairo, is seeking a highly qualified Law Firm Manager who also serves as an Appellate and Cassation Lawyer. This dual-role position demands extensive legal expertise combined with proven law firm management capabilities. The successful candidate will lead a professional legal team, oversee complex litigation at the highest judicial levels, and drive the firm's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the law firm, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Represent clients before appellate and cassation courts, preparing and presenting compelling legal arguments.
• Draft, review, and finalize high-stakes legal memoranda, pleadings, and contracts in both Arabic and English.
• Conduct advanced legal analysis and develop case strategies for complex disputes.
• Lead and mentor a team of lawyers and legal assistants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Liaise with major governmental and non-governmental institutions on behalf of the firm.
• Identify business development opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional legal practice experience in Egypt.
• Proven experience in law firm management within the Egyptian legal market.
• Full command of the English language (speaking, writing, and legal drafting).
• Licensed to practice before the Court of Cassation (highest appellate level).
• Demonstrated expertise in legal drafting, memoranda preparation, and oral advocacy.
• Strong leadership skills, teamwork orientation, and a high sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in international or top-tier law firms operating in Egypt.
• Practical experience dealing with major governmental bodies and large corporate entities.
• Track record of leading high-profile litigation cases.
