Position Overview
MASCIR is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Researcher specializing in Phosphate Fertilizers Manufacturing and Formulation. This position is based in Morocco and is ideal for candidates with an advanced background in Chemistry, Materials Science, or closely related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced research on phosphate fertilizer production processes and formulation techniques.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to optimize manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Develop innovative solutions for fertilizer formulation to improve nutrient delivery and environmental sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional research teams on materials characterization and process development.
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present results at scientific conferences.
- Contribute to grant proposals and research funding applications.
Required Qualifications
- A PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in phosphate chemistry, fertilizer production, or industrial materials formulation.
- Strong laboratory skills with experience in analytical and characterization techniques.
- Proven track record of scientific publications in relevant fields.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity for independent research.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
