About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a luxury hotel project in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the project, from initial planning and design through to construction, fit-out, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership and strategic direction for the luxury hotel development.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and consultants across all project phases.
• Ensure all work meets luxury hospitality standards, brand guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Lead risk management efforts, identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Report project progress to senior stakeholders and investors with clear, data-driven updates.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless transition from construction to operational readiness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience in project management within the hospitality or luxury real estate sector.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale hotel or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, hospitality design, and operational requirements.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of Saudi Arabia construction regulations and hospitality market dynamics is a strong advantage.
