Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead and manage our manufacturing operations based in Tizi Ouzou. This role is responsible for overseeing all functional areas of the factory, including production, filling, process engineering, quality control (QC), production planning, and raw materials (RM) warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily manufacturing operations across production, filling, and process departments.
• Oversee production planning to ensure targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
• Supervise quality control procedures to maintain high product standards.
• Manage raw materials warehousing and inventory to support uninterrupted production.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare performance reports and present operational metrics to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of production management, process engineering, and quality assurance.
• Experience in production planning and raw materials inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory compliance.
