About the Role
Join PwC as a Senior Manager Deals – Transaction Services and play a pivotal role in supporting clients through complex transaction operations. This senior-level position is ideal for an experienced professional with deep expertise in deal advisory, due diligence, and transaction services within a Big Four environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage transaction services engagements including financial due diligence, vendor due diligence, and buy-side/sell-side advisory.
- Oversee deal execution from planning through completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to PwC standards.
- Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), purchase price adjustments, working capital analysis, and deal structuring.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, associates, and managers across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and financial sponsors.
- Develop and present findings, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development efforts including proposal writing, market presentations, and pursuit strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across PwC's global Transaction Services network.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in transaction services, deal advisory, or financial due diligence, preferably within a Big Four or top-tier consulting firm.
- Proven track record of leading complex M&A transactions across multiple industries.
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis, accounting, valuation methodologies, and due diligence frameworks.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and deal-related software tools.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.
