Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco. This role is critical in transforming complex pharmaceutical data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decision-making across commercial, operational, and R&D functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to pharmaceutical sales, market trends, and product performance
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports for senior management and department heads
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and support commercial strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, finance, and regulatory affairs to identify data-driven opportunities
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and statistical modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas)
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and database management
- Understanding of statistical methods regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and time-series forecasting
- Experience working with pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG data is a strong advantage
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business language
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
